Our kitchen started in a home kitchen in Durham, where family recipes from the state of Veracruz became the backbone of every meal. What began as gatherings for friends and neighbors quickly grew into something the whole community wanted a taste of.

Today, our food truck rolls through Durham bringing that same warmth and flavor — freshly made tortillas, slow-cooked meats, salsas ground by hand, and drinks blended to order. Every plate carries the same care we put into our own family table.
